This air inlet/outlet seal is designed exclusively for use with all DreamStation 2 generation units with humidifier. The seal is located between the CPAP unit and the humidifier water tank and must be in place at all times when the unit is in use.
This filter should be changed every 6 months to ensure better efficiency of your unit. A dusty filter can overheat the unit's motor, produce disturbing noises and even affect the treatment by reducing the air pressure.
