How to enter?
From September 17 to October 17, 2026, receive 1 entry for every $100 in eligible purchases made on our online store, before taxes and after discounts.

- First prize: One $1,000 Estérel Resort gift card
- Second prize: One $500 Estérel Resort gift card
The draw will take place on October 19, 2026, and the winners will be contacted by phone and/or email by our team. Please review the full contest rules below for complete details and eligibility requirements.
Official contest rules
To be eligible, a participant must:
- Be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry;
- Be a resident of the Province of Quebec;
- Have completed at least one eligible purchase on the cpap.biron.com online store during the contest period, with each full $100 spent before taxes and after discounts entitling the participant to one (1) entry into the draw, provided the purchase is completed before 11:59 p.m. (ET) on October 17, 2026;
- Agree to these Official contest rules.
The following persons are not eligible to participate: employees of the Organizer, its partners, agencies, and suppliers, as well as their immediate family members and persons residing in the same household.
To enter the contest, participants must:
- Make a purchase of $100 or more, before taxes and after discounts, on cpap.biron.com between September 17, 2026, and October 17, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (ET);
- Read and accept these Official contest rules;
- Each full $100 spent, before taxes and after discounts, in an eligible transaction earns one (1) entry into the draw.
- Cancelled, refunded, or returned purchases before the draw date are not eligible for the contest.
- Eligible customers who have made a purchase through the online store and do not wish to participate in the contest may request to be removed by emailing communication@biron.com during the contest period.
A random draw will take place on October 20, 2026, from among all eligible entries received before the contest closing date.
Two (2) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the contest closing date.
One (1) winner will receive the "Grand Prize";
One (1) winner will receive the "Secondary Prize"; as described in Section 7 of these Rules.
To be declared a winner and receive a prize, the selected entrant must:
- Meet all eligibility requirements of the contest;
- Be contacted by phone and/or email by the Organizer using the contact information associated with their purchase;
The Organizer will attempt to contact the selected entrant up to three (3) times within five (5) business days following the draw. If the selected entrant cannot be reached or fails to respond within this period, they will be disqualified and the Organizer may conduct another draw from the remaining eligible entries.
Biron will award the winners an Estérel Resort gift card corresponding to the prize won:
Grand Prize: One (1) Estérel Resort gift card valued at $1,000 CAD
Secondary Prize: One (1) Estérel Resort gift card valued at $500 CAD
Winners are responsible for making their own reservations directly with Estérel Resort in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable to the gift cards.
Gift cards are subject to Estérel Resort's terms and conditions. Any expenses exceeding the value of the gift card, as well as any costs not expressly described in these Rules, remain the sole responsibility of the winner.
Please note that Estérel Resort is not affiliated with, nor involved in, the organization or administration of this contest.
Winners will be contacted by phone and/or email using the contact information associated with their purchase and must respond within five (5) days of the Organizer's initial contact.
- The Organizer will make up to three (3) contact attempts within the five (5) business days following the draw;
- Failure to respond within this period will result in forfeiture of the prize, and the Organizer may conduct another draw;
- Prizes must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred, assigned, sold, gifted, substituted, or exchanged, in whole or in part, for cash.
By entering the contest, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal and health information by the Organizer solely for the purposes of administering the contest, awarding prizes, and conducting any related follow-up, in accordance with the Organizer's Privacy Policy.
Personal and health information will not be used or disclosed for any other purpose without the participant's consent.
Only employees of the Organizer responsible for administering the contest will have access to the personal and health information collected. Such information will not be disclosed to third parties without the prior consent of the individual concerned, except where disclosure is required or authorized by law.

The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, terminate, or suspend the contest, in whole or in part, for any reason whatsoever.
The Organizer assumes no responsibility for the malfunction of any computer component, software, communication line, or for any faulty, incomplete, unintelligible, or deleted transmission by any computer or network that may limit or prevent participation in the contest.
The Organizer also assumes no responsibility for any damage or loss resulting directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from downloading any webpage, software, or form, or from the transmission of information relating to participation in the contest.
Furthermore, by participating or attempting to participate in this contest, participants release the Organizer, its affiliated companies, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability for any damages they may suffer arising from their participation or attempted participation in the contest.
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who fails to comply with these Rules or who compromises the administration or operation of the contest.
If a selected winner cannot be reached within the prescribed period, fails to meet the eligibility requirements, declines the prize, or fails to claim it, the Organizer shall be released from any obligation or liability and may conduct another draw.
This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
Any information provided by participants is provided to the Organizer and not to Facebook.
The Organizer has no obligation to communicate or correspond with participants regarding this contest except with the selected winners.
Should any provision of these Rules be declared invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Rules without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
This contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada.
