Even under normal use and maintenance conditions, it is impossible to prevent the formation of certain micro-organisms. That is why manufacturers recommend replacing the equipment regularly.
The mask should be changed every six months or once a year. The tubing and humidifier chamber should be changed every year. Filters should be changed every 1 to 6 months depending on the situation.
